EFX: HR Compliance Management and Digital Insights and Verifications

Overview

Equifax workforce solutions was updating their branded websites, working with the agency HLK.

Problem

  • How might we update the websites design in an accessible manner with video animation and other dynamic content?

I worked with Equifax and design team from HLK to do a heuristic evaluation and accessibility audit of the site.

Initial concepts and wireframes

  • Provided feedback early to bypass potential structural issues

High Fidelity and Development

  • worked closely with the teams to make sure defects were corrected
  • made recommendations for site, a site will be developed in phases

Project Outcome

Education

The site(s) were launched successfully without any major defects.  It was a great collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. The web and design often recognizes many accessibility issues on their own. It’s refreshing to know that there’s another set of eyes on projects in the early stages.
