Cha boutique offers on trend clothing and accessories for the young affluent consumer.
Problem
Covid-19 and mandatory shutdowns due to the pandemic had a significant impact on sales. With the store being closed Cha sought overcome the loss of organic foot traffic with increased online marketing and focus on their online marketplace.
- How might we Uplift the existing design, increase CTR (click through rate) into the sales funnel.
- How might we leverage the online marketplace to compensate for loss of in store sales volume
- How might we leverage social media to increase sales

Planning for Q4
What I did
Evaluation
In conversations with the owner, we evaluated what was working with the site and where could we enhance capabilities. Expanding the inventory, setting up processes for tracking, shipping, returns and facebook integration.
Campaign Building and Planning
After updating the website to have more product features (example designer/brand of the month) we focused on q4 campaign planning for Black Friday thru Christmas promotions and events.

Cross Promotional Awareness

The objective was to provide cross promotional awareness on both the website and social media platforms.

Planned promotions to move stagnant inventory due to the store closure

Build awareness of the boutique online new inventory and easy to shop experience between instagram and their online store.
Small Windows of Opportunity
- State law allowed limited opening during the shut down, we planned to drive traffic to the store for those times with promotion via the website and social media

Increased Sales
- Returning customer rate increased by 15%
- Overall Sales increased by 20%
- Sales directly from social media increased by 147%
